What to expect when submitting an Online Routine Service Request
At the beginning of each workday, Online Service Requests are reviewed and repairs are scheduled. You can expect service for routine Service Requests within three business days. If you have a signed “Permission to Enter” on file and have provided adequate detail to create and schedule the Service Request, no further action is required. A member of our maintenance team will be dispatched to your home to make the requested repair at our earliest convenience. However, if we require additional information to ensure the proper technician is assigned, we will contact you via phone or email.
