Programs are geared to help residents and their families live a healthier lifestyle through health and fitness classes, healthy cooking classes, stress and related education, Breast cancer Awareness, wellness and weight loss classes.

Empower yourself and your family through education

Classes may include New Moms groups, Babysitter Training programs, Parent and Toddler programs, after school tutoring and educational programs such as Cultural Studies and Resume Writing and Interviewing tips.

Foster creativity and confidence through play and learning

Children of all ages will enjoy activities such as cookie decorating, sledding, parades and parties. All events are aimed at providing a good time for families to reconnect and to focus less on the burdens of everyday life and more on the joys of being together.

Engage in unique interactions which directly support the communities in which we live and work.

Lend Lease and Winn are focused the safety of all of our residents and employees no matter what the situation. In addition to sharing our best practices in the home and community, projects support families by offering continual education in areas such as Fire Safety, Law Enforcement Awareness, severe weather preparedness, the crime prevention program National Night Out, and numerous other safety awareness programs.

One of our core goals is to give back to the communities where we live and work. That mindset is shared with our residents at every installation and is demonstrated through our support of organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Wounded Warrior, local food banks, Angel trees, and area clean up and beautification projects. To assist spouses during deployments, Deployed Spouses programs, which include open forums, worry free maintenance and support groups are frequently organized. Our projects also support the suicide prevention organization “Not Alone” which is aimed at helping to combat warrior stresses.

Helping to support a sustainable lifestyle through education and awareness

We understand that tomorrow’s future is a direct result of today’s present. That is why Actus Lend Lease and Winn are committed to being sustainable organizations and to teaching our residents the importance of living a green life. Initiatives may include SYNERGY (Saving Your Nation’s Energy), a grass roots educational program aimed at teaching children of all ages the importance of energy conservation, our educational briefings for all families that live on one of our LEED certified homes and participation in the Department of Energy’s Operation Change Out.
