RESIDENT REFERRAL BONUS 

It’s great having people you know in your community, especially when you’re responsible for them being there. When you refer your friends who meet our residency requirements and move in to one of our military family homes at Tierra Vista, we will give you a referral fee.

It’s that easy!!

• To be eligible, you must be a current resident in good standing at the time your friend moves in. The resident referral bonus will be applied to your account after they have moved in. Don’t delay … the more you refer, the more you earn!
• For every friend you refer who signs a 12 month lease, you will receive $1000.
• Each friend must list your name as his or her referral source on the applicable paperwork. Each new resident may only list one name as his or her referral.
• Have your friend mention your name and address when they visit or call (don’t forget… or we won’t know who to give the credit to!)

A Resident Referral Fee is not applicable to a sublease agreement; new resident agrees that he/she did not solicit the help from a locator service, real estate agent, AHRN.com, or any other source except from the Lessee to procure the rental. All monies will be due to Tierra Vista should there be a breach of this agreement.
