Choosing to stay with Tierra Vista while your spouse is deployed is the best choice you can make for your family. To ease this time of separation, Tierra Vista offers a variety of wonderful services for our spouses of deployed residents such as:
Maintenance Support
- Bought a new entertainment center? Got new beds for the kids and need some help putting it together? Let the Tierra Vista Maintenance Team assist you during your spouse’s absence.
Added Lawn Care Service
- Tierra Vista with the help from Embassy Landscape Management will mow and trim your fenced in backyard every other week!
Free House Cleaning Service
- One free household cleaning service per deployment provided courtesy of Tierra Vista. Take a break from your daily routine – get a pedicure or have lunch with friends while Tierra Vista has your home professionally cleaned.
Resident Events
- Stay involved in the community during your spouse's deployment. Tierra Vista and the 61st Force Support Squadron organize monthly events for adults and children alike! Meet new friends and get involved!

To be apart of the program, the service member must be deployed more than 90 days and a copy of your spouse’s deployment orders needs to be provided to the Community Management Office. Once approved, our staff will sign you up immediately. It’s that simple!
