Tierra Vista offers the convenience of online service requests for routine repairs from residents who have a signed Permission to Enter (PTE) on file with the community center office. If you meet these criteria, please proceed to submit an online request. We look forward to serving you!
For emergency or urgent Service Requests, please contact our 24-hour maintenance call center at (424) 772-3717. For all life-threatening emergencies please call 9-1-1. To submit a PTE for future online Service Requests, please visit your Tierra Vista Community Management Office.
What to expect when submitting an Online Routine Service Request:
At the beginning of each workday, online service requests are reviewed and repairs are scheduled. You can expect service for routine service requests within 3 business days. If you have a signed “Permission to Enter” form on file and have provided adequate detail for creating and scheduling the service request, you will not be receiving a confirmation call.
A member of our maintenance team will be dispatched to your home at the earliest opportunity to make the needed repair(s). However, if we require additional information in order to ensure the proper technician is assigned, you may be contact you via phone or email.
